Kay Jenney is in her 20th season with the Ashland University athletic department, and her fifth as an Administrative Assistant.

Jenney is located in the Robert Troop Center, with the offices of football, cross country/track and field and soccer. She assists with ticket sales and game-day operations for a number of AU events, and works closely with coaches throughout the department.  She is the Secretary of the Eagle Gridiron Club, and received the club's Golden Helmet Award in 2019.

Jenney is a 1978 graduate of North Central State College.  She and her husband, Roger (AU ’84), have two children – Matt and Rachel. Rachel is a 2012 AU graduate. The family resides near Greenwich, Ohio.
