High School: Was named second-team All-Ohio...He hit .493 as a senior...Gonzalez has West Holmes single-season records for batting average, RBI and hits...He has school career marks for batting average and RBI...Gonzalez played on teams that won sectional, district and regional titles and reached the state Final Four...He lettered 12 times while competing in baseball, basketball, football and golf.
