Ashland University's baseball team is ranked No. 24 in this week's National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) poll, released on Wednesday (March 25).
The Eagles are 13-7 overall and 2-2 in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference going into this weekend's (March 28-29) four-game GLIAC series at Ohio Dominican.
In the previous NCBWA, released on March 18, Ashland jumped from having received just one vote on March 11 to No. 25 in the country.
Ashland is one of two GLIAC programs in this week's Top 25, Grand Valley State (18th, 10-7) being the other.
