Eagles Ranked 21st, In D-II Poll For Sixth Straight Week

Ashland University's baseball team has earned a spot in the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) Division II poll for the sixth week in a row, placing 21st in the poll released late on Tuesday (April 21).

The Eagles are 27-11 overall, and their .711 winning percentage is the best in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. AU is 16-6 in the GLIAC, best in the league, and leads the GLIAC South Division at 12-2.

Ashland will return to GLIAC South Division play on Saturday (April 25) and Sunday (April 26) in a four-game set at Malone. The Eagles lead the South by four games over the second-place Pioneers.
