Taylor was named a second-teamer on D2Football.com's Preseason All-America Team and a third-team preseason Division II All-American by Beyond Sports Network...he comes into the 2014 season with 3,279 career rushing yards at Ashland, and needs just 665 rushing yards to become the football program's all-time leading rusher.

2013: Taylor set new Ashland standards for both season rushing yards (1,691) and single-game rushing yards (311 at Lake Erie, Oct. 5)...finished sixth in the country in rushing yards...he earned first-team 2013 All-Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference honors after finishing second in the league in rushing yards and ninth in points scored (84)...he carried the ball 282 times and scored 14 rushing touchdowns...ran for more than 100 yards in a game eight times, including three games with 220 or more yards...was the workhorse of the Eagles' ground game, averaging 34.2 carries per game in the final six contests...he added 10 catches for 92 yards out of the backfield...his 75-yard touchdown run against Northern Michigan (Sept. 28) set a new Jack Miller Stadium team record for longest run from scrimmage.

2012: Taylor had five games of 100 or more yards on the ground...he reached his career high of 212 yards on 22 carries with two touchdowns at Malone (Oct. 20)...rushed for 165 yards on 24 carries at home against Findlay (Oct. 27) and in the NCAA playoff game with West Texas A&M, rambled for 156 yards and a touchdown on 22 carries...showed the ability to be a breakaway back with runs of 82, 59, 51, 47 and 45 yards...season total of 1,198 yards is the fifth highest in school history and led last year's team...at Ferris State, caught three passes for a season-high 56 yards...had three receptions in a game three times...led the team in all-purpose yards (120.2 ypg.)...named to the All-GLIAC First Team...was third in the conference in rushing touchdowns (13), tied for seventh in rushing yards per game (99.8) and tied for ninth in scoring (84 points/7.0 ppg.).

2011: Taylor was third on the team in rushing...he gained a season-high 79 yards at Tiffin (Oct. 8)...Taylor also had a season-high 12 carries against the Dragons...in the first game of his career, at Bloomsburg (Sept. 1), he rushed for 66 yards on 11 carries...Taylor had 59 yards on 11 trips at home against Northern Michigan (Sept. 24)...the Virginia native caught nine passes for 56 yards (6.2 ypc.)...he led all AU running backs in receptions...Taylor spent much of the season splitting time at tailback with fellow rookie Jordan McCune.

High School: Taylor was named first-team all-district and second-team all-region...he was the district player of the year in 2010...he rushed for more than 1,600 yards and 26 touchdowns in his career...was part of a team that posted the school's first playoff victory in 33 years...in that win, he carried the ball 42 times for 256 yards and four touchdowns...earned a total of seven letters while competing in football and track and field.
