Ohio Health Player Of The Game - Week 2

After each Ashland University football game in 2016, Ohio Health will announce a Player of the Game.

On Saturday, Sept. 10, the No. 5-ranked Eagles defeated Wayne State, 36-25, at Jack Miller Stadium/Martinelli Field. Cornerback Dale Irby played a key role in the victory, recording a 38-yard interception, a fumble recovery on the opening kickoff of the third quarter and a defensive two-point conversion on an interception, to earn the second Ohio Health Player of the Game award.

Ohio Health is the official health care provider for Ashland University Athletics.
