NICK AMSTUTZ, OL, SHELBY – Part of regional title, regional runner-up and Sandusky Bay Conference teams…Prep honors include honorable mention All-Ohio, and first-team All-Northwest district and Mansfield News Journal selections…Earned four varsity letters in football, three in basketball and one in track and field.
JEFFREY BARNETT, LB/RB, SOLON – As a senior, recorded two rushing touchdowns, one blocked punt, one blocked field goal, three sacks, three pass breakups, 59 assists, 35 solo tackles, 18 tackles for loss and 59 receiving yards…Named third-team All-Ohio, first-team all-district and first-team All-Greater Cleveland Conference…Two-time varsity letter winner in both football and lacrosse.
HEATH BISHOP, OL, SHELBY – Earned three varsity letters in football and one in baseball.
DAMIEN BROWN, DB, EUCLID – Part of three Greater Cleveland Conference-winning teams…Prep statistics include five interceptions, 25 pass breakups, 49 tackles, one fumble recovery and three receiving touchdowns…As senior, named honorable mention All-Ohio, first-team all-district and first-team All-GCC…Two-year starter and varsity letter winner in football.
RAYMELL BYRD, ATH, WHITEHALL-YEARLING – Prep honors include first-team All-Ohio, district Player of the Year, first-team all-district and two-time first-team All-Mid-State League…Earned varsity letters in football and track and field.
NEHEMIAH CANNON, OL, TOLEDO CENTRAL CATHOLIC – Took part in Ohio state playoffs every year of prep career…Named honorable mention All-Ohio, all-district and three-time All-Three Rivers Athletic Conference…Earned three varsity football letters.
COLTON CLARK, DL, NORTH UNION – Team-leading 65 tackles as a senior…Was first-team All-Ohio as a senior, two-time All-Ohio special mention, three-time first-team all-district, and three-time first-team All-Mid-Ohio Athletic Conference…Earned three varsity football letters.
MASON DAVIS, DB, DELAWARE HAYES – Team captain…Earned three varsity letters each in football and baseball.
GRANT DEAL, OL, VICKSBURG (MICH.) – Played on two Michigan playoff teams (2016-17)…Those seasons, team rushed for average of 200 yards per contest…Two-time All-Wolverine Conference selection…Three-year starter and varsity letter winner in football…Also earned one varsity letter each in baseball and track and field.

HOSEA HAIRSTON, ATH, PRINCETON – Named second-team All-Greater Miami Conference…Earned varsity letters in football and track and field…Brother, Samson, is starting offensive lineman for AU.
SAM HETTICH, OL, MANCHESTER – Part of regional runner-up team as a senior, and two Principal Athletic Conference championship teams…Named first-team All-Ohio, first-team all-district and first-team All-PAC 7 as a senior, and second-team all-district and first-team All-PAC 7 as a junior…Earned three varsity letters each in football and basketball.
ELIJAH JEFFRIES, WR, JUSTICE (VA.) – As a senior, rushed for 633 yards and nine touchdowns, and caught 27 passes for 428 yards and four scores…Junior season saw 58 catches for 1,008 yards and seven touchdowns, and 570 yards and nine TDs rushing…Named first-team all-district as running back, wide receiver and returner, and second-team all-district as a defensive back…Earned varsity letters in football and track and field.
DARRIUS JOHNSON, OL, EUCLID – Earned first All-Ohio and first-team All-Greater Cleveland Conference honors...Earned varsity letters in both football and basketball.
SHANE JONES, WR, WEST HOLMES – Played in Ohio state playoffs as a senior…Prep statistics include 19 touchdowns and 1,100 yards receiving…Earned first-team All-Ohio honors…Varsity letter winner in football, basketball and baseball.
ANTHONY KESSLER, WR, MARYSVILLE – Two-time district qualifier in track and field in 110 and 300 hurdles…Part of Ohio Capital Conference-champion track team in 2016…Earned two varsity letters in football, will be four-year varsity track and field letter winner.
WILL KING, DL, NEW ALBANY – Set program record with 19½ sacks as a junior…As a senior, earned first-team All-Ohio, All-Central district and Ohio Capital Conference laurels…Senior-year statistics included 49 total tackles (24 for loss), 6½ sacks and six pass breakups…Was second-team All-Ohio as a junior…Three-year varsity starter and letter winner in football…Also earned three varsity basketball letters.
JAMARIUS LLOYD, DL, MANSFIELD SENIOR – Member of Ohio Cardinal Conference-championship team as a junior…Made 27 tackles as a senior…Earned first-team All-Northwest district and second-team All-OCC as a senior, and honorable mention All-Northwest district and second-team OCC as a junior…Is varsity letter winner in both football and track and field.
LARRY MARTIN, RB, PICKERINGTON NORTH – Member of regional runner-up team as a junior, and playoff team as a sophomore…Earned second-team All-Ohio Capital Conference as a senior…Three-year varsity letter winner in both football and lacrosse…Three cousins have played or are playing in the National Football League, including current Dallas Cowboys Jaylon Smith and Rod Smith.
C.J. MCDAVID, DE, SPRINGFIELD – In eight games, recorded 52 tackles, 7 1/2 sacks, 12 tackles for loss and a forced fumble...Earned second-team All-Greater Western Ohio Conference honors.
JACKSON MYERS, LB, MIAMISBURG – Played for regional finalist in 2016…Posted 109 tackles, two sacks, 27 catches for 418 yards and four touchdowns, and 230 rushing yards as a prep player…Was first-team All-Greater Western Ohio Conference West division…Earned three varsity letters in football and one in basketball.
LUKE MYERS, FB/LB, JOHNSTOWN-MONROE – Member of state runner-up team as a senior, as well as three Licking County League championship squads…Gained 1,471 all-purpose yards and scored 23 touchdowns as a senior…Honors include being named two-time first-team all-region, two-time second-team all-district and two-time first-team All-LCL…Earned combined seven varsity letters in football and baseball.
GARRET NISS, FB, ONTARIO – Four-year two-way starter in prep career…As a senior, named honorable mention All-Northwest district, honorable mention All-Mid-Ohio Athletic Conference and second-team North Central Ohio Coaches Association…Earned varsity letters in football (four) and baseball (three).
CALE OGI, RB/LB, WEST HOLMES – Took part in the Ohio state playoffs as a senior, and finished with 1,000 total yards and 100 tackles…Named honorable mention All-Ohio…Combined for eight varsity letters in track and field, football and basketball…Brother Luke has been a tailback for the Eagles the last four seasons.
CAEL PARKHURST, LB, MIAMISBURG – Led team in tackles as a senior, was second on team in stops as a junior…Member of regional final and Greater Western Ohio Conference championship team as a sophomore…Named two-time first-team All-GWOC West…A three-time football varsity letter winner and one-time wrestling varsity letter winner.
LUKE PENA, TE, VERMILION – Grabbed 23 passes for 321 yards and seven touchdowns as a junior, and 17 catches for 157 yards and a score as a senior…Named first-team All-Sandusky Bay Conference…Earned varsity letters in football (four), basketball (two) and track and field (one).
ELI POTTS, RB/LB, PORTAGE CENTRAL (MICH.) – Member of two Southwestern Michigan Athletic Conference title teams…Scored 25 career touchdowns…Named first-team All-SMAC as a senior, second-team All-SMAC as a junior…Earned a combined five varsity letters in football and basketball…Father, Shawn, played wide receiver for Hall of Fame quarterback Jim Kelly with the United States Football League's Houston Gamblers in the mid-1980s.

DEEARIUS REESE, DL, AKRON EAST – Part of two regional semifinal playoff teams, and two Akron City Series championship squads…Career prep statistics include 180 tackles, 66 tackles for loss and 25 sacks…Named two-time All-Ohio and three-time all-district…Four-year varsity letter winner in football.
DAVID RENFTLE, DB, CLEARVIEW – Played on back-to-back Patriot Athletic Conference championship teams…Prep statistics include 211 total tackles, 14 sacks, six interceptions (three for touchdowns), 15 rushing touchdowns, two receiving touchdowns and two fumble-return touchdowns…Named all-county Defensive Back of the Year, PAC defensive Player of the Year, first-team all-county, first-team all-district and first-team All-PAC…Earned three varsity letters.
