A key mid-season Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference game will take place on Oct. 12 at 1 p.m. at Jack Miller Stadium/Martinelli Field, as Ashland will play host on Homecoming to Davenport.
The #RV Eagles are 3-2 overall and 2-1 in the GLIAC following their Hail Mary-led 20-17 win at Grand Valley State in Week 5, while the Panthers are 3-1, 1-1 after a 35-7 home loss in Week 5 to No. 2-ranked Ferris State.
This will be Ashland's 96th Homecoming game, and the Eagles' all-time record on Homecoming is 65-25-5 (.711). In 10 previous Homecoming games on Broad Street, AU is 9-1, including last year's 35-10 victory over Northwood.
Prior to the game, there will be a ceremony commemorating Ashland's 500th win at Northwood on Sept. 28.
