AU senior Brendan Jenkins (Dublin, Ohio/Bishop Watterson) completed the first round of the NCAA regional tournament tied for 35th place.
Jenkins is competing as an individual at this event. The regional is being played at The Club at Strawberry Creek. Jenkins shot 74 (+2) on Monday (May 6), the opening day of play.
Robby Hughey of Central Missouri had the top score on Monday. He shot 65 (-7).
