Ashland University junior Austin Kondratick was named first-team All-Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference on Thursday (April 26) morning, as the 2018 All-GLIAC Men's Golf Teams were announced.
Kondratick earned three top-five finishes in 2017-18, including a medalist showing at the Ohio Valley University Spring Championship and a tied-for-third-place ending at the 2018 GLIAC Championships. He had an average round of 73.6 in the fall and spring combined, and sported three sub-70 rounds, including a 67 in the very first 18 holes of the season at the Ohio Dominican Kickoff Classic.
Kondratick becomes the fifth Eagle to earn first-team All-GLIAC honors since the turn of the century.
