The Northwood-Ashland softball doubleheader, scheduled for Sunday (Mar. 30) at noon at Brookside Park, has been cancelled.
Snow, rain and ice is scheduled to come through mid-Ohio on Saturday afternoon and Saturday night. City crews were already challenged to get the field playable due to snow and rain that came through town earlier in the week.
The Eagles are scheduled to play Lake Superior State on Monday (Mar. 31, noon) at Brookside Park. A determination on the fate of that doubleheader will be made on Sunday.
