AU Softball Reaches Highest Ranking Of Season At No. 21

Ashland University's softball team has achieved its highest ranking of the season, landing at No. 21 in the latest National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) poll, released on Wednesday (April 22).

Ashland is the only Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference team in the latest Top 25 poll.

The Eagles (32-6 overall, 17-5 GLIAC), authors of separate 12- and 11-game winning streaks this season, will finish GLIAC regular-season play on Friday (April 24) at Northwood and Saturday (April 25) at Brookside West against Lake Superior State.
