Both Ashland University swimming and diving teams can still be found in the nation's Top 10. The latest poll was released this past week and the Ashland women are listed second and the AU men are ranked fifth.
This is the second poll of the season. In the first poll, released in mid-November, the AU men were first and the Ashland women were second.
Both polls saw turnover at the top. Drury, ranked fourth in the initial ranking, is first in this listing. For the women, Drury has moved to first from fourth. Grand Valley State, the top team in the first poll, is ranked fifth.
Ashland, Wayne State and Grand Valley State are all GLIAC teams that are ranked in the Top 10. In the women's rankings three Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference teams – Clarion, California and West Chester – are ranked.
The Eagles returned this weekend from a training trip in Florida. AU's next competition will be on Jan. 8, when the Eagles host Wright State.
