RESULTS

Ashland University sent three swimmers to the Fast Chance Invitational at Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio on Saturday (Feb. 24) afternoon.

Senior Grace Reichard earned her fourth NCAA "B" cut – this one in the 100 freestyle with a time of 51.11 seconds, which eclipsed the national standard by a full second. She also has provisional marks in the 50 freestyle, 200 freestyle and 200 breaststroke.

Freshman Dylan Nasser swam the 200 IM in 1:51.98 on Saturday, but was not able to improve on the time he reached at the GLIAC Championships last week. Nasser has a "B" cut in the 200 IM and 400 IM.

Junior Daniel Callis attempted to qualify in the 200 breaststroke, but missed the cut with a time of 2:01.50.

The Eagles will find out on March 1 how many of their times will qualify for the national meet, which will be held March 14-17 in Greensboro, N.C.
