Ashland University's indoor track and field teams continue to be considered among the best in Division II, as the Eagle women are ranked second and the AU men third in this week's U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Coaches' Poll, released Tuesday (Jan. 27).

Ashland is the only Division II institution with both its men's and women's teams in the Top 5 in this week's poll.

The Eagle men and women already have combined for six automatic and 19 provisional national-qualifying marks through the first four meets of the 2014-15 season. They will compete this week in both the Findlay Open (Jan. 30) and the Penn State National meet (Jan. 30-31).
