Eagle Women Stay No. 1 In D-II, AU Men Ranked Fourth

Ashland University's women's indoor track and field team is ranked No. 1 in Division II for the third week in a row, as the weekly U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) rankings were released on Tuesday (March 3) afternoon.

Ashland's women have 150.23 points, almost six full points more than second-ranked Central Missouri (144.64).

The Eagle men's indoor track and field team is ranked fourth in Division II after spending last week in the top spot. Adams State is first (163.82), followed by Findlay (160.74), Grand Valley State (153.33) and Ashland (130.28).

The next USTFCCCA rankings will be released on Monday (March 9), prior to the NCAA Division II Championships, March 13-14 in Birmingham, Ala.
