Track Goes Into Break With One NCAA Auto, 21 Provisionals

Ashland University's men's and women's indoor track and field teams are going into the Christmas break with one automatic mark and 21 provisional marks for the 2016 NCAA Division II indoor national championships, March 11-12 in Pittsburg, Kan.

Senior Jamie Sindelar continues to have the best women's shot put distance in the early 2015-16 campaign at 16.25m/53-feet-3.75. Freshman Myles Pringle has the second-best men's 400-meter dash time at 47.98 seconds, while junior Jordan Crayon is second in Division II among men's weight throwers at 20.29m/66-feet-7.

The Eagles will return to action on Friday, Jan. 8 at the Ohio State Buckeye Classic.
