Eagles Boast Two Autos, 27 Provisionals For Indoor Nationals

Through January, Ashland University's men's and women's indoor track and field teams have collected two automatic efforts and 27 provisional marks for the 2016 NCAA Division II indoor national championships, March 11-12 in Pittsburg, Kan.

Senior Jamie Sindelar continues to have the longest women's shot put distance in Division II at 16.57 meters/54-feet-4½, and junior Jordan Crayon has the second-longest men's weight throw distance in the country at 21.09 meters/69-feet-2½.

Ashland's men and women will begin February at the Akron Blue/Gold meet on Friday (Feb. 5) and Saturday (Feb. 6).
