With two regular-season weekends remaining until the 2016 Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championships, both of Ashland University's indoor track and field teams are ranked 13th in the latest U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field National Team Computer Rankings, released on Tuesday (Feb. 9).
The Eagle women moved up two spots from the prior week, while the AU men moved down three spots.
Through the first weekend of February, Ashland's men and women have compiled two automatic and 28 provisional marks for the 2016 NCAA Division II indoor national championships, March 11-12 in Pittsburg, Kan.
The AU men and women will compete on Friday (Feb. 12) at the Grand Valley State Big Meet and the Findlay Elite Meet.
