Both of Ashland University's outdoor track and field teams are nationally-ranked going into the 2016 Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championships.
In the Week 8 U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Division II National Team Computer Rankings, the Eagle men move up one spot to No. 10, while the AU women return to the rankings at No. 23.
Ashland's men have one automatic and 18 provisional marks for the 2016 NCAA Division II Championships, May 26-28 in Bradenton, Fla., while Ashland's women have one auto and 10 provisionals.
The AU men and women will compete at the 2016 GLIAC Championships on Wednesday-Friday (May 4-6) at Ferris State.
