LINK – 2018 NCAA DIVISION II OUTDOOR NATIONALS SCHEDULE
As announced by the NCAA on Tuesday (May 15) night, 13 Ashland University men and women have qualified for the 2018 NCAA Division II Championships, May 24-26 in Charlotte, N.C.

Trevor Bassitt, freshman – 110 hurdles
Brent Fairbanks, freshman – hammer throw
Alex Hill, sophomore – discus throw, hammer throw
Myles Pringle, junior – 200 dash, 400 dash, high jump
Elijah Talk, senior – shot put
Nick Zak, sophomore – hammer throw
4x400 relay team – Pringle, Bassitt, freshman T.J. Elliott and freshman Channing Phillips

Gariana Bercheni, sophomore – 200 dash
Natalie Helenthal, junior – hammer throw
Ellie Jindra, sophomore – high jump
Mackenzie Leigh, junior – hammer throw
Megan Tomei, senior – shot put, hammer throw
Pringle, a three-time national champion, is the top seed in the men's 400-meter dash (45.50 seconds).
In the winter, Ashland's men finished fourth and the AU women tied for 29th at 2018 NCAA Division II indoor nationals, as 14 Eagles represented the program at Pittsburg State.
The Eagle men have finished in the top 10 in the country outdoors in six consecutive years, while the Eagle women have been a top 10 team in D-II outdoors four times this decade.
