Due to a personal health situation, Ashland University head track and field coach Jud Logan will not accompany the Eagles to the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships, which will be Friday and Saturday (March 8-9) in Pittsburg, Kan.
As per university policy, team officials and student-athletes will not comment further on this situation.
Associate head coach Ernie Clark will serve as the head coach at the national championships.
Ashland's men and women are ranked No. 2 and 8, respectively, in the nation heading into indoor nationals, and combined, will have 13 student-athletes representing the program in Kansas.
