Ashland University's women's basketball team is the No. 2 team in the final 2017-18 Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) NCAA Division II Top 25 Coaches' Poll.

The Eagles (36-1) received 555 total voting points, second to No. 1 Central Missouri (572). Ashland received three first-place votes. It is the first time the national champion hasn't earned every first-place vote since 2014-15.

Ashland is one of two Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference teams in the final WBCA poll, along with No. 24 Grand Valley State.
