Eagle Women Finish No. 11 In WBCA Coaches’ Poll

Ashland University's women's basketball team is ranked No. 11 in the final Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) Division II Top 25 Coaches' Poll of the 2018-19 season.

The Eagles went 29-3 overall this past campaign, won the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Tournament championship for the fourth season in a row, earned a spot in the Division II postseason for the fifth year in a row, and was 18-2 in the GLIAC regular season.

This is the fourth consecutive season Ashland has been ranked in each poll, and overall, the Eagles have been slotted in the Top 25 by the Division II coaches 69 polls in a row.

All-time in the Division II coaches' poll, Ashland has been ranked 104 times, with a record of 199-15 (.930) as a ranked team.
