Ashland University senior Ali Green is this week's Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Women's Golfer of the Week.
Green earned medalist honors at the Ashland University Invitational over the weekend, firing matching rounds of 73 to finish with a two-over-par 146. Green's rounds of 73 are her best so far in 2015.
In addition to her first-place finish, Green was fourth at the Eagle Invitational to begin the fall season, and she tied for ninth at Grand Valley State's Gilda's Club Laker Fall Invite.
Green's average score through six rounds in 2015 is 76.
AU's women's golf team will compete at Findlay's Beall Fall Classic on Sunday (Oct. 11) and Monday (Oct. 12).
