Ashland University senior Ali Green turned in her lowest NCAA Division II Championships score in 11 career rounds on Friday (May 20), carding a 1-over 73 on Day 3 of 2016 nationals at CommonGround Golf Course in Aurora, Colo.
Green is tied for 30th through 54 holes at 10-over 226 (76-77-73).
Also on pace to have her best four-day score at nationals in three appearances, Green birdied holes No. 3 and 18 on Friday. She had bogeys on holes No. 5, 12 and 17.
Green is one of 12 individuals playing along with 12 teams in Colorado.
Green and the remainder of the nationals field will compete in the fourth and final day of the Championships on Saturday (May 21).
