Ashland University's women's golf team is in 10th place through the first 18 holes on Sunday (Oct. 9) at the 15-team Findlay-Beall Fall Classic.
The Eagles posted a team score of 337 on Sunday. Missouri-St. Louis is the Day 1 leader (309), followed by Findlay (310) and Grand Valley State (311).
Sophomore Monica Torda and freshman Anna Schatschneider each shot first-round 83s, followed by senior Kaitlin Neumann with an 84. Sophomores Morgan Eib (87) and Kayleigh McHugh (90) rounded out the Eagle day.
UP NEXT: Second and final day of the Fall Classic on Monday (Oct. 10).
