For the third week in a row, Ashland University's women's golf team is in the No. 7 position in the NCAA Division II East super region rankings.

The third set of rankings were released on Thursday (April 26) afternoon, and, for the third week in a row, each of the top nine teams are in the same slots. The first two rankings were released on April 12 and 19, and the selections for the NCAA Division II postseason will be announced on Monday (April 30) at 3 p.m. in a press release on NCAA.com.

The Eagles have been in the NCAA postseason every year this decade, and have played in the D-II NCAA Championships as a team in 2011, 2013 and 2015.

There are 61 teams in the East super region. Twelve teams, and six individuals not on those teams, will compete May 7-9 at Katke Golf Course in Big Rapids, Mich.

The low three teams, and the low three individuals not on those teams, in each super region will advance to the 2018 NCAA Division II Championships, May 16-19 at Bay Oaks Country Club in Houston, Texas.
