Sidney Fletcher is in her second year as the assistant coach of the Ashland University volleyball program.

She played for four seasons at Lake Erie, the last three under head coach Kevin Foeman's direction, as the Storm leaped from three wins in Fletcher's freshman season to 26 last season when she was a senior. Fletcher was among the winningest senior class in Lake Erie history.

Fletcher was a two-time all-conference appointee, once as a member of the GLIAC in 2016, then in the G-MAC as a senior. She totaled 1,635 digs, 309 assists and 113 aces in her career as a libero. Five times, she recorded 30 digs in a match.

Fletcher earned her bachelor's degree from Lake Erie with a double major in business administration and marketing.
