High School/College – Farson was a three-time state qualifier in cross country.  She posted a personal best time in cross country of 19:45 (5K).  Farson was a two-time state qualifier in track (4x400 and 4x800) She ran a personal best of 59.8 in the 400, 2:21 in the 800, and 5:30 in the 1600.  After a year off from running, she transferred to Ashland.  She qualified for the 1500 finals in outdoor track, running 4:53. Farson placed 10^th in the race.  As a sophomore, she posted a personal best of 18:55 (5K) in cross country.  Farson placed 16th at the NCAA regional meet and received Academic All-Scholar Athlete lauels.  She finished eighth at the GLIAC indoor track and field championships in the 3K, running a time of 10:19.  She finished sixth at the GLIAC outdoor championships in the 5K, running a time of 17:35.  During her junior year, Farson ran a best of 18:02 (5K) in cross country and was the individual champion at the Bowling Green Invitational.
