CLINIC DESCRIPTION
This camp is designed for grades 5th – 12th, or age 11 and up.
Groups limited to 8-12 participants, with four to six instructors per group. Focus on individual instruction of hitting and/or pitching fundamentals.

PARENT CONSENT:
By signing below on the registration form, I hereby authorize the staff of Ashland University Baseball to act for me, according to their best judgement, in an emergency situation. I also release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages against a staff member of Ashland University Baseball. My son is physically fit to participate in the activities of the clinic, according to our family physician. I further agree to pay through my insurance company or otherwise for any medical treatment that may be necessary.
